I’m Jodi Patterson — a Certified Functional Hormone Specialist and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach dedicated to helping women reconnect with their bodies, rebalance their hormones, and rediscover their energy, confidence, and flow.

My passion for women’s hormone health began with my own journey. After years of struggling with fatigue, mood changes, and feeling “off” despite doing all the “right things,” I realized that conventional approaches were missing the full picture. What I needed wasn’t another quick fix — it was root-cause healing, guided by understanding my body’s natural rhythms and the intricate dance of hormones, nutrition, and lifestyle.

Through advanced functional testing, nutrition science, and holistic protocols, I learned how to restore balance naturally — and that transformation inspired my mission. Today, I blend functional medicine principles with integrative lifestyle tools to guide women through every phase of their hormonal journey — from menstruation and fertility to perimenopause and menopause.

My approach is both scientific and soulful. I combine lab-based insights and targeted supplementation with mindset work, nervous system regulation, and cyclical living practices. The result? Women feel more aligned, more vibrant, and finally in control of their health.

Alongside my private practice, I serve as a Wellness Practitioner for People’s RX in Austin, where I collaborate with leading functional health experts and connect directly with the local wellness community.

Integrative Nutrition Practitioner | Holistic Chef | Co-Founder of Sol & Sage Wellness

My journey into healing through food began in high school—on two parallel paths. On one side, I was an athlete struggling with digestion, wondering why my body wasn’t functioning the way it should. On the other, I watched my mom lovingly and relentlessly help my dad recover from a stroke through natural healing and food as medicine. Her belief in the body’s ability to heal sparked something in me — and that spark became my calling.

Over the years, I’ve walked the road of hormonal imbalances and food frustrations myself — navigating birth control, restrictive diets, and symptoms that conventional answers couldn’t explain. Through curiosity, cultural exploration, and a lot of trial and error, I learned how to restore balance from the inside out.

Today, I blend functional nutrition, holistic coaching, and culinary creativity to help others experience that same freedom. My approach is rooted in science yet guided by intuition — focusing on digestion, metabolism, and nourishment at the cellular level.

The kitchen has always been my sanctuary — a space where transformation happens. Coaching, for me, is an extension of that same magic. It’s where science meets soul; where I get to witness people rediscover trust in their bodies and confidence in their choices. I don’t dictate — I guide. I listen. I celebrate every breakthrough and honor every step of the journey.

Beyond my private practice, I also serve the Austin community as a Wellness Practitioner at People’s RX — collaborating with functional health experts and supporting individuals on their healing journeys.

What I want most for you is confidence — the kind that comes from understanding your body, trusting your intuition, and finding joy in nourishing yourself again.
